At ShopTechy Solutions, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product delivered is defective, damaged, or faulty.
You received the wrong product or an item different from what you ordered.
The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories).

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Return Timeline

Within Nairobi: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Outside Nairobi: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used software and licenses.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Consumables such as cables, batteries, and accessories (unless defective upon delivery).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you prefer, we can exchange your product for:

The same item (if defective).
A different product of equal value (subject to availability).
