ZKTeco PSA02 Induction (magnetic) loop detector

ZKTeco PSA02 is an induction loop detector, also known as a magnetic loop detector. Its primary function is to detect the presence or absence of a vehicle in a specific area, typically used for controlling access in parking lots or gated entrances.

Loop Detector PSA02 ZKTeco features:

• Vehicle Detection: Uses a loop of wire embedded in the pavement to create a magnetic field. When a vehicle with metal components enters the loop, it disrupts the field, signaling the PSA02 of a vehicle’s presence.
• Operating Modes: Offers multiple modes for different access control needs:
  • Presence mode: Detects a vehicle’s presence and keeps a barrier or gate open for a set time (limited or permanent).
  • Pulse mode: Triggers a short pulse signal upon vehicle entry or exit to activate a barrier or gate mechanism.
• Sensitivity Adjustment: Allows for fine-tuning the detection range to account for different vehicle sizes and metal compositions.
• Relay Outputs: Provides two relay outputs for controlling barriers, gates, or other devices based on the presence or absence of a vehicle.
• Wide Operating Range: Can detect vehicles with a loop inductance ranging from 20 to 1500 microhenrys (µH).
• Durable Construction: Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions (-40°C to 80°C).
